For their upcoming season to be in rep with 5 other shows. I am attending meetings remotely and providing all scenic budgets and drafting for the production. The show is to be produced in the Ellen Eccles Theatre. A proscenium style stage with 40 line sets (single purchase) seating 1,100 patrons.

Providing all scenic budgets, schedules and work lists. Drafting all scenic components. Creating load in and strike lists. This show was produced in the Paul Green Theatre, a LORT D theatre, with a modified thrust seating 500 patrons.

Responsible for the build and load in of this show. The carpenters for this show were all work studies with little carpentry experience. The show had a budget of $1,800 that I was able to use wisely to make the design come to life.

Supervised a crew of 15 carpenters and electricians in the Palo Duro Canyon Pioneer Amphitheater. In charge of managing repairs of old scenery and drafting all new builds.

I drafted supporting items of the show including flats that were flown in and out during the show. I also drafted carriage units that held black lights for a special effect. I also completely renovated a chaise lounge chair.

I supervised the shop in the construction of the show while tracking labor hours. The. crew ranged widely in experience. The show consisted of both steel and wood construction. It also included many different pieces of automated scenery.

Working mainly on my own, I was in charge of setting up platforms for seating in our outdoor space and maintaining the scenery. I maintained the stage that frequently needed relabeling form a rainy season as it sank into the ground. The scenery was minimal but needed frequent repairs from the weather.

Supervised a small crew in construction and installation of this show. The show was mainly pulled from stock except for a few plug platforms and steel constructed frames for a projection screen. A filmed production due to Covid-19.
